Our Founder

Ahmet Bozoglu brings over 25 years of deep capital markets experience to FinSPAX, having closely followed and analyzed U.S. financial markets-including equities ,options and commodities-since 2000. He began his career as a commodities broker, later becoming an expert in physical gold markets and Gold IRA rollovers, educating thousands of Americans on how to protect and grow their retirement wealth.

Having traveled across 48 U.S. states and lived in both Los Angeles and New York City,Ahmet developed a keen understanding of regional economic dynamics and investment behavior. His extensive exposure to market cycles and investor psychology now uniquely positions him to lead FinSPAX as a next-generation SPAC Sponsor-focused on helping high-growth companies from Turkiye, MENA, and other emerging markets access U.S. public markets through efficient and founder-aligned SPAC mergers.
